Unfortunately the lids are anything but pretty!
Cue the acrylic paints! This is a good time to mention that I am completely IN LOVE with my acrylics! You can take almost any boring old thing and turn it into something fun and colorful with paint.
I choose to use a different color on each lid to make them fun avoid looking too uniform.
Since my husband and I have only been married for six months I'm still trying to get my kitchen set up and I don't have canisters for basic things like rice and beans which I have been storing in plastic bags. All the more reason I'm so excited about these jars!
From left to right I have: rice, chocolate chips, and lentils. The fourth jar will hold beans but we are currently all out. Yes, I need to go grocery shopping!
